R&D; Executive (Research & Development)
Location: Godhi Village, Near Mandir Hasaud, Raipur (C.G.)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (Based on experience & expertise)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated R&D; Executive to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new product development, process optimization, raw material evaluation, product testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates with experience in Polymer, Chemical, Plastics, Film, Packaging, Adhesives, or Solar Manufacturing industries are preferred.
NOTE- Local candidates will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and improve existing products and manufacturing processes.
Conduct product trials, testing, and validation.
Research new raw materials and technologies for product enhancement.
Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
Work closely with Production,



Quality, and Purchase teams during product development.
Troubleshoot product and process-related issues.
Prepare SOPs, technical documentation, and trial reports.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements.
Drive cost reduction and process improvement projects.
Requirements
PhD / M.Sc. in Polymer Science or PGD-PPT (e.g., from CIPET)
Experience: 3–10 Years in R&D; within a manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of product development, testing, and process optimization.
Valuable analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
