Role Description The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) will drive new venture ideas, pilot projects, and business models that align with Black Mass Energies’ vision for sustainable battery recycling and clean energy solutions. This full-time role is in office in Bengaluru and involves identifying market opportunities, validating concepts,



and designing go-to-market strategies for innovative projects. The EIR will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to perform market and competitive analysis, build financial models, and develop execution roadmaps. Day-to-day responsibilities include testing hypotheses with customers, coordinating with operations and technical teams to assess feasibility, and preparing investor or partner-ready presentations and documentation. The EIR will also support fundraising discussions, strategic partnerships, and the creation of scalable processes for new business lines.
