.Role Description The Key Account Executive is a contract, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for managing and growing relationships with key business and institutional customers. This role involves regular client meetings,



understanding customer needs, and promoting Airtel Payments Bank’s digital banking and payment solutions to drive usage and revenue. The Key Account Executive will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding, resolve service issues, and implement tailored solutions for each account. Daily activities include monitoring account performance, preparing reports, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and supporting business development initiatives in the region. The role also requires adherence to compliance standards, market intelligence gathering, and active collaboration with sales, operations, and product teams to enhance customer experience
