Role Description The Quality Assurance Tester role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The tester will design, execute, and document manual test cases to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across web and mobile applications. Day-to-day activities include reviewing requirements, creating test plans, performing functional and regression testing, logging defects, and collaborating with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolution. The role involves maintaining test documentation, contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes,



and supporting release cycles to ensure high-quality, reliable digital solutions for clients.
Qualifications
Strong Quality Assurance foundation, including experience with QA methodologies and best practices.
Hands-on Manual Testing skills, with the ability to validate functionality, usability, and regression scenarios.
Test Execution experience, including planning, running, and documenting structured test cycles.
Ability to design clear and comprehensive Test Cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, and troubleshoot defects effectively.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools and collaborative workflows with development teams.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum preferred).
Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site in Noida
