Role Description
The Manager - MEP will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works for warehouse and retail infrastructure projects at the Gurugram location. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related services,



ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety requirements, and industry standards. The manager will review and interpret drawings, supervise contractors and internal teams, monitor project progress, manage resources, and resolve technical issues in office. The role includes collaborating with design, civil, and procurement teams, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting quality checks and audits. The Manager - MEP will also contribute to process improvement, cost optimization, and timely completion of projects for key clients.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering skills relevant to MEP systems and building services.
