Aeroprime Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical Production Support Engineer / Production Support Engineer to join our team in Connaught Place, Current Delhi.
Location: 16, K.G. Marg, Ansal Bhawan, Connaught Place, New Delhi
Experience: 3–8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor production applications, APIs, services, and infrastructure.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
* Analyze application logs, stack traces, database queries, and API responses.
* Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents.
* Handle incident, problem, and change management.
* Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
* Monitor application performance, latency, errors, and availability.
* Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
* Support deployment, rollback, configuration, and release activities.




* Identify recurring issues and work with development teams on permanent fixes.
* Create and maintain incident reports, RCA documents, and operational runbooks.
* Participate in on-call/rotational support when required.
Technical Skills:
* Languages: Java / Shell scripting
* APIs: REST, JSON, HTTP, API troubleshooting
* Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL, SQL
* Linux: Shell commands, process monitoring, logs
* Version Control: Git
* Tools: Postman
Ideal Candidate: Someone with strong production troubleshooting skills, analytical thinking, and experience working in a fast-paced technical environment.
