Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Development professional to build and manage strategic partnerships with universities and higher-education institutions offering online and distance-learning programs.

The role will be responsible for identifying potential institutional partners, developing relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating commercial partnerships, and managing accounts through onboarding, growth, and long-term engagement.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands the higher-education ecosystem and enjoys building institutional relationships from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and build a pipeline of universities and higher-education institutions offering online and distance-learning programs.




Research prospective partners and identify relevant decision-makers across business, admissions, marketing, and leadership teams.
Develop and deliver compelling partnership proposals aligned with institutional objectives.
Own the end-to-end business development cycle, from prospecting and initial conversations to negotiation and closure.
Lead commercial discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership terms.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of partnerships.
Own relationships with institutional partners post-onboarding and act as the primary point of contact.
Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for expansion, and drive renewals and long-term partnerships.
