Job description:

Position: L2 /L3 Production Support Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Budget: 10-11 LPA
Shift: Rotational shifts (24/7 support)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 application and production support
End-to-end ticketing management (beyond just monitoring)
Monitoring application health, analyzing error logs
Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
Execute batch jobs using Scheduler tools (Autosys/Control-M) /Any scheduler
Follow ITIL processes for service delivery
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Proven L2/L3 application/production support experience
End-to-end ticketing lifecycle management
Robust knowledge of Autosys/Control-M schedulers / Any scheduler
ITIL framework understanding
Basic SQL queries for troubleshooting
Monitoring tools and error log analysis expertise

Qualifications
B.E or B tech preferred
Education gap are not allowed
