Role Description The Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for managing brand presence across social media platforms, including planning and scheduling posts, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring channel performance. Daily tasks include creating and editing copy and visuals for social campaigns, coordinating with design and strategy teams, responding to audience interactions,



and implementing social media optimization (SMO) techniques. The role also involves supporting media planning, tracking key metrics, preparing performance reports, and contributing ideas for integrated digital campaigns aligned with client brand goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for planning, executing, and refining social campaigns.
Candidates should possess skills in Media Planning to support effective channel selection, budgeting, and scheduling of social and digital activities.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for diverse audiences.
Experience with major social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic content creation (copy, image, video) is beneficial.
