Qualification : Graduate/ Masters Degree in Material Management
Good in Excel Skills & SAP Knowledge & Positive in Communication

Job Responsibility
Daily basis Preparing the Primary Sales Flash reports and updating to Sales Team
Updating the Monthly Trackers to RSM ( Analysis / Coverage Footprint Tracker etc)
Updating the Monthly forecast in System
Checking the claims and Pushing to the next level
Updating the On role & Off Role attanance ( with ISR Incentive )file to HR on Monthly Basis
Uploading the SMS target every month in System
Preparing the Customer Balance report / Cheque leaf Status / Backorder report and sending to the team on daily basis
Checking & updating the Credit Extension in Portal
Coordinating with sales team for SMR Completion
Preparing the Monthly Tour Program format every month
Coordinating with sales team and Collecting Various reports and Udating the same in prescribed format
