Preparing design vision document: Taking data from all concerned departments and colating to prepare draft document for review and closure with management.
Landscape concept design development: Conduct joint concept review with Design lead; Check technical details with respect to architecture design and structural provision; Document feedback to consultants for further design development. Ensure feedback is incorporated. Co-ordinate with consultant/s for concept closure.
Interior design Concept Development: Conduct joint concept review with Design lead for all interior spaces ie. lobbies, club house etc.; Check technical details with respect to architecture design and structural provision; Document feedback to consultants for further design development. Ensure feedback is incorporated.



Co-ordinate with consultant/s for concept closure.
Site visit: Conduct joint site visits (for current and upcoming projects) with design lead and document observations with respect to experience of the project, approved concept and technical concerns. Co-ordinate with PDD team for their further working.
Signage design: Co-ordinate with consultant/s for concept design development as per the guidelines and instructions of Design lead
Business Development: Prepare test fits for new land parcel/s to check on design feasibility of the plot. Development of productive plans based on directions from Design lead.
