To assemble / Fit / adjust (grind) and weld metal structures and equipment through the use of welding machines (MIG), electrical grinding machines, and measuring tools.
To produce metal assembly according to quality requirement, technical specifications and Method time (production time).
To read and interpret drawings and Work Instruction to execute operations.
To set up, operate and maintain (first level) welding equipment and their working position (Daily clean - 5S).
To understand DMOW and QMOS document, Welder qualification, Familiar with welding symbol on drawings
To understand the quality requirement and are able to stop the work and ask for help if a problem occurs they cannot resolve by themselves as per the company criteria (Safety, Quality,



Time)
To understand and implement personal and company safety measures by wearing specialized Personal Protective Equipment (Safety shoes, Welding protection, goggles, helmets, gloves, earplugs...)
Communication skills are essential to work and interact with team members.
Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor.
Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management and security/safety personnel.
