JOB LOCATION : BANASHANKARI II STAGE**MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE INSolid Knowledge of SMPS Magnetics and Power Transformers .Designing all types of transformers, Chokes, Inductors etc and optimizes or redesigns existing products as & when required .Below is the job description for production manager.*Design of High & Low Frequency Transformers, Inductors and Common mode chokes for various SMPS TopologiesHaving knowledge on Product engineering for Solenoids and RelaysPreparation of Bill of Materials, Detailed product costing and Cost Engineering and others.Design and Potential / Process FMEAs, cost analysis and design for cost , quality & Risks.Onsite/Offsite customer support for testing, reducing the failures, analysing the process defectiveness and suggesting better installation & optimisation methods.Practical knowledge of international standards like ISO, IEC, UL, CSA, MIL, VDE, CE, IP ratings, RoHS,



Reach compliances and Lean methodologies.Preparing Material & Time List for inquiries received.Product specification preparation, getting approvals from the Customer.Working on customer complaints and analysing the root causes.Preparation and maintenance of documents as per ISO, UL, VDE, etc. and other system requirements.Willingness to travel.Positive communication skills and willingness to learn & adapt.Good team Player .People Management .The designation will be dependent on the candidate we are hiring.Experienced candidates will be under “Manager – Production” & “Manager – Quality”.Required Experience and QualificationsWe are looking for candidates for our production & quality department.We looking for male candidates who is a diploma holder or a graduate (BE) in Electrical & Electronics.We prefer candidates having at least 1-2 years’ experience in the relative field of SMPS transformer manufacturing.
