1. Develop and nurture relationship with CAT A &B; Builders / DSA /Connectors / Property Brokers.
2. Maintain at least 10 active Builders / DSA relationships per RO/RM in his team.
3. Every month - Login of minimum 6 files, Sanction of 4 files, Disbursal of 3 files per RO/RM in his team.
4. Ensure no FPD / SPD/TPD Cases.
5. Assignment of monthly assigned targets to team
6. Attend all training related to Product and Policy and transparent certifications on timely basis
7. Maintain proper Portfolio Quality i.e. city wise
8. Ensure team vintage of good performers
Ensure 100% compliance of training within the team
