We are looking for an HR Recruiter for Carrerbridge Consultants to manage our full cycle recruitment on PAN India & International from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. ResponsibilitiesSource potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms )Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidatesScreen incoming resumes and application formsInterview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internallyProvide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersMonitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hireParticipate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events in Careerbridge (Cbriz).Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needsAct as a consultant to current hires and help them onboard.
