Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Handle national business of automotive and industrial engine gaskets.Evaluation of market potential (organized, unorganized, imports etc) in India and ensure 50% market share in the organized sector.Ensure proper distribution of business and parts through a dealer/distributor network of 290 PAN India.To make the marketing strategy for market share and penetration.To ensure continuity of current product development to increase market share and maintain leadership position in gaskets.Manage team size of 25 people including sales, marketing, and customer support and service functions.Ensure sales revenues as targeted.Ensure proper distribution of parts across India and maintain status.Strategic network expansion.Ensure payment collection and C form collection from all customers as per policy.
