Job description
i. Managing and leading a team of 15 - 20 employees.

ii. Planning and communicating client project details, project goals, plan of action, delegated tasks and deadlines to team based on different site locations.

iii. Inspiring, assessing and keeping records of performance, providing constructive feedback to team members.

iv. Create an inspiring conducive work environment with an open communication culture.

v. Oversee day-to-day operation at multiple sites.

vi. Taking team members- feedback and addressing conflicts.

vii. Assisting, coaching and providing regular inputs and feedback to the team and individual members.

viii. Coordinating with customer and different teams.

vi. Good hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Work & PowerPoint).
