2. Prepare Product Brief on the assigned Category to help to integrate with overall brand strategy.

3. Provide inputs to the design team on product

4. Analyse the sales and the sell through & Range Effectiveness to understand Best Sellers and Worst Sellers in a particular season

5. Study and analyze the customer preferences, product innovations, fits and styles through market research.

6. Timely Allocation to the WH for the team to dispatch & ensure the merchandise reaches the stores.

7. Tracking of Inwards for each and every style for the season

8. Minimizing the partial deliveries

9. Ensuring the timely inwards and dispatches of Campaign/Catalogue styles.

10. Competition Brand Analysis.

11. Responsible for Buying and planning for the category

12. Ensuring highest sell through on full price

13. Selection of the right merchandise as per historical Sales.

14. IBTs & replenishment as per day to day sales.
