Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Industry know how-

- Knowledge of raw material rates, standards and trend across rubber industries

- Industry study, Product study, Technologies and Trends, Spend analysis, Design and cost drivers, M&M; Business needs, Strategy Options, Strategy recommendations and approval

- Cost Management –

- Knowledge of Rubber costing and technical details about the same

- Negotiation, alternate sourcing, localization, VAVE

- Should be able to cost the product based on drawing.

- Capacity Management - Detailed capacity analysis, Gap analysis and action planning and effective execution

- Supplier Management -Onsite supplier assessments, identification of Gaps, action planning and monitoring

- Adherence to Statutory requirement for Audit





- Timely RM Settlement(Quarterly/Half-yearly)
