Key Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery
- Conduct
interactive sessions on BFSI domain topics such as banking fundamentals,
financial products, KYC/AML, customer service, insurance, and financial
inclusion.
- Teach
modules related to banking operations, loans, credit services, and digital
banking.
- Deliver
soft skills and professional skills training, including communication,
customer handling, grooming, workplace ethics, and interview preparation.
- Use
real-life case studies, role plays, and activities to enhance
understanding.
2. Student Engagement & Mentoring
- Monitor
student progress and provide individual support wherever necessary.
- Prepare
students for job interviews in BFSI roles.
- Maintain
discipline, attendance, and active participation during sessions.
3. Content & Assessment
- Support
curriculum implementation as per NIIT Foundation guidelines.
- Conduct
assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
- Maintain
training reports, batch files, and documentation as per project standards.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate
with center teams, placement officers, and project managers.
- Ensure
timely submission of reports and student performance data.
- Participate
in internal review meetings, trainings,
and refresher workshops.
Job Profile
Educational Qualification
- Graduate
(preferably in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics).
- Postgraduate
degree (MBA/PGDM) in Finance or related field – preferred.
Experience
- 1–3
years of experience in the BFSI sector or in training/teaching roles.
- Freshers
with strong BFSI knowledge and good communication skills may also be
considered.
Skills Required
- Strong
knowledge of banking operations, financial products, loans, and digital
banking.
- Positive
communication and presentation skills.
- Ability
to simplify complex concepts for students.
- Basic
computer proficiency (MS Office, digital tools).
- Ability
to handle classroom training with confidence and enthusiasm.
