About the Role
We are looking for an AI Prompt & Content Specialist to join our creative production team and work on a content series.

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 years
Employment Type: Full-time

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys experimenting with AI tools, understands visual storytelling and knows how to continuously refine prompts to get better, more consistent results.
This is a creative role, not a coding role.

Key Responsibilities
Convert scripts and creative briefs into detailed AI image and video prompts.
Break episodes and scripts into individual scenes and visual requirements.
Experiment with different prompting techniques, models and AI workflows.
Generate multiple outputs, evaluate them and refine prompts until the desired result is achieved.
Work closely with creative directors, writers, designers, animators and video editors.
Understand requirements such as camera angle, framing, lighting, expressions, movement, perspective and composition.
Create and maintain character references,



style references and prompt libraries.
Develop repeatable prompt structures for recurring characters, scenes and content formats.
Troubleshoot inconsistent or poor AI generations and identify ways to improve the output.
Keep track of successful prompts, workflows and generation techniques.
Stay updated with current AI image and video generation tools and identify tools that can improve production quality and efficiency.

Practical Assignment
Shortlisted candidates may be given a small creative brief and asked to demonstrate

Office Timings: 10am - 8pm (Hours are likely to get extended)
