Vikalp is looking for a female counselor for Vikalp Sansthan's Women and Girls Helpline and Support Center to join the team. We need someone who has had previous experiences working as a counselor in the NGO sector.
We need a capable, gender sensitized and qualified person. A lot of our work is with women and young girls who are survivors of sexual violence, child marriages and domestic abuse. Hence, the candidate must be sensitive towards these issues following a strict code of discretion. This work would also include speaking to couples and families.
