Job description
: As an Instructional Designer at JDA, you will develop classroom training and eLearning using effective instructional design methodologies to meet learning goals of employees, customers, and partners. The nature of training content will be product specific, functional, technical, and process-centric only.

Proficient in MS Office
Ability to comprehend software-related content
Excellent command of English language and grammar
Excellent communication â?? verbal and written
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
Adaptability to agile business needs
Handling eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, TechSmith Camtasia Studio, SnagIt and basic graphic editing
Experience in effective Subject Matter Expert management





( Responsibilities )
- Create design documents, storyboards, job aids, and assessments in adherence to approved design standards and templates.
- Visualize and develop highly interactive and engaging courses using authoring tools
- Review course deliverables
- Coordinate with Learning Operations team to deploy and test the courses in the Learning Management System.
> Create project plans and manage timelines for the courses assigned Design and develop effective training materials in compliance with the ADDIE model.
