Job Title: Engineer - Maintenance (Electrical) - CNC Machine shop

Education: Diploma/BE/ BTech - Electrical

Key Performance Area:

Responsible for preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of utilities. You shall put your consistence efforts to minimize downtime of utilities.
Responsible for preparation & execution of maintenance schedule, ensuring compliance to operational control procedure, planning, procurement, cost reduction, spare maintenance, data collection & data monitoring related to TPM activity.
Procurement of required parts, Manpower Planning & utilization, cost reduction projects, Instruments repairing and calibrations.




Address maintenance concerns with Planning (daily/ Weekly/ fortnightly) & accomplishing as per plan
Maintenance of - EOT, battery driven vehicles / Machines, cardex machine, HT equipment etc.
ISO documentation, Audit& report generations
Ensure 100% functioning of DG set 24 x 7
Develop / Train maintenance technicians for current & future skill / technical competence requirements
Installation of Solar Lights, CCTV cameras across the plant
Legal documentation like, Form 4, 5, 20 (GPCB, Electrical inspector from Govt.)
Ensure 5 s and safety at work area.
Thermo graphy of the plant to avoid any electrical hazard / accident.
