We are Looking for ( Senior Manager )

Job description
1) Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations across PAN India
2) Setup layout and ensure productive space utilization of warehouses
3) Oversee the commercial department IT operations
4) Ensure liaison between customers, suppliers & transporters
5) Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
6) Keep track of KPIs (quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery schedule, transport costs and efficiency)
7) Supervise, coach and train team
8) Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
9) Maintain standards of health, hygiene, safety and security at warehouses
10) Prepare/maintain annual warehousing and logistics budgets to review month on month

11) Ensure smooth flow of internal and external audits

12) Keep detailed records, generate reports and develop presentations

13) Routine physical cycle inventory counts
14) Liaise and negotiate with external vendors
15) Resolve any arising problems or complaints
16) Proficient in handling 3PL operations
17) Candidates preferred from Plastics or Polymer background
18) Hindi communication would be added benefit
