Data gathering/ Research Assist team leaders in gathering and verifying data through primary and secondary research methods using internal and external tools Organize, participate and document Project related interviews, focus group discussions etc. Connect with support teams (L&D;, HR, Finance, Marketing teams etc.) to collate data and provide clients any required data, analyses, reports or recommendations. Verify accuracy of data and identify missing or conflicting data Share insights from final data analysis with project team Build Excel-based analytical models, based on data assumptions Generic project deliverables Prepare and assist team leaders with initial draft of PowerPoint presentations, Excel based Analytical models, marketing material, process maps etc.



Update or refresh existing material such as project plans, dashboards, trackers, PowerPoint presentations, marketing material etc. in regular intervals. Communication Prepare initial draft of any project related communication Prepare and Document meeting agendas for Project/ Team meetings; capture key takeaways, action plans, follow up on action items and Minutes of the Meeting to be shared with seniors/managers. Analyze and present information using MS office tools (Excel/power point) as required.
