Role:Responding to leads and educating clients on all aspects of our services.Monitoring the performance of each client account on a daily basis.Forging effective business relationships with existing clients and addressing their concerns.Coordinating with clients to identify new business opportunities.Maintaining sales records through cloud based technologies.Engaging with new clients to ensure that they understand the services on offer.Generating weekly/monthly reports of all client accounts.Developing and updating sales literature and documents.Ensuring profitable client transactions and meeting internal targets.We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for freshers who are keen on pursuing a career in client management, in a challenging and rapid-paced startup environment.
