ServiceNow Development
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Notifications.
Develop workflows and Flow Designer solutions to automate business processes.
Create and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Knowledge Management solutions.
Develop integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
ITSM Responsibilities
Implement and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
Configure SLAs, approval workflows, assignment rules, and escalation mechanisms.
Support CMDB management and Service Mapping activities.
Drive ITSM process
