What Will You Do?
- Lead the visual direction and execution of campaigns across digital, social, print, and OOH platforms.
- Bring fresh, original, and innovative ideas to every brief, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
- Translate creative concepts into compelling visual identities and cohesive campaign systems.
- Think beyond conventional design approaches and develop ideas that are distinctive, relevant, and impactful.
- Work closely with copywriters and strategists to build solid campaign narratives and translate ideas into powerful visual communication.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of big ideas and campaign concepts.
- Ensure high standards of design quality,



consistency, composition, typography, and overall creative craft.
- Adapt campaign ideas across different formats and platforms while maintaining a strong and consistent visual language.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to Art Directors, Senior Visualisers, and Visualizers.
- Challenge conventional thinking and encourage the team to explore new creative approaches.
- Present and explain creative concepts and visual directions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery without compromising creative quality.
