Fresher or experience Candidate with customer service preferred.
Reasoning skills, analytical ability and decision-making skills with sound judgement plays a vital role to work in this process.
Resource must have decent written communication skills to exchange information with client.
Positive MS Office & keyboard skills – needs to be able to toggle between screens with speed and type with speed and accuracy.
Knowledge and awareness about how to find information on the web will be helpful.
Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs.
The candidate should be open to working in any shift. Most likely the process will be 24x7 (US working hours) and the shift timings can be changed as per client requirement.
