1. Develop progressive tool (Type A & Type J).2. Develop forming & progressive dies for Ball bearing disc spring.3. Develop progressive wave bearing washer, as per ring rolling material.4. Modify tool die available5. Study old tools & dies, if any available with us, to get an idea for the improvement required.6. Prepare a drawing in Auto CAD & get it approved by H.O.D .7. After approval of drawing , develop this tools in the required material with the help of tool die maker.8. Once the tools get ready , get a sample test done under the supervision of H.O.D., maintain the data of time required for the tool development.9. As per the result of sample test , take necessary action to improve or handover the die to production department.10. Maintain record of this sample test conducted for each new develop dies.11. Prepare cost effectiveness of the dies & take necessary steps to reduce the cost.Job Specification :1. DME / BE in Mechanical Fresher.2. Work Exp 5-8 Years, Sheet Metal industry.3. Measuring instrument knowledge E.g. Dial Vernier, Micrometer etc.4. Valuable Experience of Auto cad for new Progressive Die / Excel knowledge must.Sunday Off ,2nd & 3rd Saturday Off
