-Robust experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and network, prior database of OPT candidates.-Experience in recruiting OPT hiring with effective hands-on experience on various job boards like Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.-Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.-Should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market.-Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.-Should have some understanding of the immigration process.-Reach monthly Targets set by the management.-Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the students on **OPT**/CPT/EAD status-Need to coordinate for technical screening/interview-Must be able to maintain contact with Consultants on a daily basis-Experience in On-boarding W2 Consultants is a bonus.-Maintaining an active database of potential candidates.Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies Visas and updates.-Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.-Excellent communication skills
