Must have completed an MBA in Marketing from a decent college. Should have experience in analyzing the correct requirement of the product on the shelf. Should have experience in placing the right product on the shelf in accordance with the category associated. Should have experience in dealing with 50+ product categories and 15000+ products. Should have experience in dealing with the product bar code. Should have experience of product replacement and return knowledge. Responsible for maintaining a sufficient stock in the inventory as well as on the shelf. Should have experience in customer interaction and customer management. Should have knowledge of FIFO. Must report to General Manager about the daily activities that are being carried out for the welfare of the store. Should have positive interpersonal skills and leadership qualities. Must be comfortable with traveling to the store location most of the time.
