Job Responsibilities:

- Provide product and service information to customer

- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy.

- Work with sales and marketing teams in development of new aspects of business.

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.





- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Provide an impeccable level of customer service to clients

- Proactively communicate issues pertaining to his her account – to the relevant internal business partners and customer

- Excellent planning and organisational skills

- The ability to work calmly under pressure

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Desired Skills:

- Previous experience in the luxury/ fashion sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of luxury brands
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
- Confident, articulate and eloquent
- Proficient user of IT systems, both customer service specific and windows or mac packages
- Strong listening skills
- Problem solver with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Flexibility in schedule, able to assist with overtime if necessary
