Urgent Hiring for the position of Helpdesk Executives known as Arogyamitras who will act as facilitators for patients and network hospitals to avail the State Government Policy - Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana (MJPJAY).

Designation: Helpdesk Executives.

Qualification - Graduation

Requirements:

Any Graduate may apply. No prior work experience is required.
Work Locations - Ulhasnagar, Thane, Kalyan
Candidates residing in Thane District preferred
Verbal and Written Communication in Marathi is required
Basic understanding of English & Hindi language
Job role includes:

Manage Helpdesk at Hospital
Patient Registration & Documentation
Verification of Beneficiary Eligibility
Guidance to the patient family members on various queries
Periodic rounds to ensure the patient is being provided with all perks
Required Candidate profile

0-6 Months / Freshers are most welcome

Training will be provided

Rotational shift

Need immediate joiners only

Salary - 12k
