Designation: Helpdesk Executives / Front Desk Executive
Requirements:
Any Graduate may apply. No prior work experience is required.
Work Locations - Mumbai & Thane
Candidates residing in Thane District preferred
Verbal and Written Communication in Marathi is required
Basic understanding of English & Hindi language
Job role includes:
Manage Helpdesk at Hospital
Patient Registration & Documentation
Verification of Beneficiary Eligibility
Guidance to the patient/ family members on various queries
Periodic rounds to ensure the patient is being provided with all advantages
