About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Director – Digital Marketing to lead Snabbit’s digital growth engine. This role will own the end-to-end digital marketing charter, including customer acquisition, brand growth, lifecycle marketing, retention, SEO/ASO, marketing technology, and measurement. You will manage significant marketing investments and be accountable for driving effective, scalable customer growth. The ideal candidate combines deep performance marketing expertise with strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and the ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Creative teams.

Responsibilities

Performance Marketing
Own customer acquisition and re-engagement across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, Affiliates, DSPs, and emerging channels.
Manage media budgets, channel mix,



bidding, targeting, and creative experimentation.
Drive continuous improvement across CAC, ROAS, activation, conversion, and payback metrics.
Identify and scale new growth opportunities and channels.

Digital Brand Marketing
Lead the digital brand media strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, DSPs, and direct publisher partnerships.
Build awareness, consideration, and demand through effective upper- and mid-funnel campaigns.
Partner closely with Creative teams to develop high-performing, digital-first campaigns.
Ensure brand and performance marketing work together to drive sustainable growth.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Own customer engagement, retention, and reactivation through platforms such as Clevertap and Plotline.
Build and optimize lifecycle journeys across Push, Email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and In-App channels.
