Looking for Senior Counselor #Bangalore (Immediate Joining) Experience:2 to 3 years

Exp: High energy professional preferably with the experience of dealing in overseas education .

Job involves:
Provide Pre sales counselling and advise the students regarding Admission Services and test prep
• Review and propose information on various courses, colleges, test prep products, application process and deadlines proactively
• Ensure higher conversion by being single point of interface with all customers
• Ensure advantages and advantages of enrollment are shared with students
• Support enrollment process
• Address questions on Visa, travel arrangement, legal requirements, documents etc.




• Coordinate with respective team for the product services
• Gather & Collate accurate client information on an enquiry form and timely updating on portal
• Maintain inventory of student's kit and ensure issuing to students as per process
• Ensure conversion of from telephonic leads and referrals
• Ensure good customer service & grievances management in consultation with Center Manager
• Efficient & appropriate communication to students related batch details timelines
• Proactively up selling and cross selling relevant products
