• Issue Purchase orders through ERP in timely manner
• Vendor management to track status of supplies, issue permits and resolve issues in invoice etc.
• Internal coordination with warehouse and catalogue teams to resolve issues in stock handling, creation of recent products, margin calculation etc.
• Ensure smooth inwards & returns by interfacing with vendors and warehouse departments.
• Inventory analysis viz. sales, Inventory holding, Fulfilment, Lead time etc.
• Weekly store stock analysis & replenishment across all the brands
• Coordinate with E-com sourcing team to ensure adequate stock availability in warehouse
