Responsibilities include:

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

· Responding promptly to customer inquiries

· Communicating with customers through various channels

· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

· Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions

· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process





· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide skilled customer support

Required Candidate profile

· Graduation completed, holding certificate

· Candidates with experience in Customer Support will have added advantage

· Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset

· Comfortable using computers

· Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills ( English and Hindi )

· Should have knowledge of computer skills

· Login Hours - Minimum 6 hours to be logged in a day and maximum will be discussed in detail.

Important Points

· Virtual training - maximum 3 Weeks

· Average 5 to 6 hours of process training--Virtual 24 Days -Successful Completion – Will be Eligible for Stipend

· Earnings will be Paid to hiring partner's Bank Account
