Job description
1) Generating leads.
2) Well spoken English and Hindi.
3) Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
4) Helping determine pricing, quotes, promotions and negotiation’s.
5) Preparing monthly and weekly reports.
6) Giving sales presentation to all the prospective clients.
7) Obtaining deposits and balance of payments from the clients.
8) Client and broker relation management.
9) Basic etiquette’s and manners.
Sales executive requirements
1) Any Graduate candidate
2) Experience in sales at least of 2 years (Preferably in real estate industry).
3) A commitment to excellent sales.
4) Experience using computer for a variety of task in Excel, word and mail responding.
5) Able to work comfortably in fast paced setting
