Job Summary
Technical support executives are responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers from US regarding a variety of broadband/OS related queries. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as outstanding customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide technical support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.
Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate will assist our customers in US, over phone and emails regarding general web-hosting and e-mail set-up issues. (This is a night shift job). The executive will be required to:-

Telecalling
Sales

Provide technical support to the customers
Customer Service

Post Graduates/Graduates with Excellent Communication Skills
Basic Telephone Etiquettes
MS Office
