Role Overview

You will lead cold customer acquisition, paid advertising campaigns, search engine optimisation (SEO), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and automated customer marketing. Working directly alongside our Social Media Analyst and Website Developer, you will turn creative content, paid ads, and search traffic into profitable online sales while maintaining our luxury brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Paid Media (Meta & Google)

Meta Ads Management: Plan, execute, and scale high-performing Meta campaigns (Instagram & Facebook) using Advantage+ Shopping, custom audiences, and video-first ad structures.
Google Search & Shopping: Manage Google Search, Performance Max (PMax), and Shopping campaigns targeting high-intent keywords for luxury ethnic wear.
Budget Allocation & Scaling: Manage monthly ad spend effectively, maintaining a minimum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 4x to 5x while expanding cold outreach.
A/B Testing: Continuously test ad formats, hooks, visual assets, and landing page angles to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

2. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & Organic Growth

Keyword & Content Strategy: Identify and target high-intent search terms (e.g., handcrafted chikankari saree", "pure georgette Lucknow suit") to build sustainable, long-term organic web traffic.
