Role Description
As a Technical Sales Engineer for the Maharashtra region, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and prospects across India.



You will own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and site visits to techno-commercial proposal preparation and order closure — while building lasting relationships with quarry owners, contractors, and channel partners. Maharashtra is a high-potential market for aggregate and M-Sand equipment, driven by large-scale urban infrastructure, metro rail, and highway projects across the state.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and develop recent business opportunities across the assigned territory through field visits, cold calls, and referrals. • Understand customer requirements in detail and recommend suitable crushing, screening, washing, or conveying solutions from Nesans' product range. • Conduct site visits and plant audits to assess customer needs and present tailored technical solutions. • Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and post-sale follow-up. • Build and maintain strong relation
