Co-ordinate with sales team, Distributors and senior employees related to sales

2. Motivate to sales team and distributors.

3. Maintain sales activity records and reports

4. Prepare sales team volume / margin / Target v/s Achievement and their growth report and providing MIS to management.

5. Prepare sales data MIS Report on daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly and timely provide to senior management.

6. Solve the customers and sales team business issues.

7. Follow up daily sales team productivity

8. Generating sales team performance report on daily basis

9. Work assign by Top management to time.

Skills Required

Valuable command in Excel & word, internet, outlook

Good communication skills in Hindi & English
