PokerHigh is looking for candidates for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team who are proficient in Hindi & English. Position is based in New Delhi.
This position is responsible for providing customer relationship management for key players of the company, while garnering feedback for improving the customer experience wherever possible. They will proactively seek to understand the pain points a customer might potentially face and strive to minimize them by working in tandem with the marketing department. Understanding and ability to deal with HNI clients is a must.

Handling outbound and inbound calls
Making welcome calls and promotional calls to convert new players
Making reactivation calls for churned users
Monitoring customer complaints & managing customer retention and satisfaction, primarily of the HNI players in our database




Streamline retargeting strategies of the company by working with the marketing department
Providing insights with respect to customer experience by getting feedback
Ensuring minimum turnaround time while resolving customer queries

Who can apply?

1-3 years’ work experience in customer relationship management
Candidates with good soft skills and negotiation skills
Candidates with prior experience in consumer startups such as food delivery apps, ecommerce apps, etc
Prior experience and interest in poker and/or gaming is an added advantage
