Shipgig Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the HR cum BD (project searching) profile (0-one year of Experience) with good logical skills only female candidate. (urgent hiring!!)

NOTE: . MBA in HR or Any Two yrs Computer science diploma/degree. . Worked in an IT firm.

· Handle end to end Recruitment Process

· Interview co-ordination with candidates

· Analyzing and understanding requirements

· HR Operations

· Follow up with all the scheduled candidates and coordinate with them

· Follow up with the candidates until end Process.

· Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting

· Good Communication Skills

· Knowledge of MS Word, Excel.

· Candidates have to work on freelancing sites like craigslist and guru for project searching.

· Should have valuable technical knowledge & knack for learning.

· Candidate must have knowledge of international and domestic bidding, ready to work on different portals, negotiating skill.

· Following up Clients on regular basis.

· Searching for Leads and Sending e-mail to them on a daily basis. Calling/ Mailing/ Texting Clients and convincing them for projects.

· Writing proposals and specifications
