Job Description:
Responsible of site operations & understanding the requirement of design
Able to check site feasibility, read drawings
Responsible for executing the site as per design & standards required by customer
Responsible for all site safeties to be adhered as per site standards
End to end execution of projects within the timeline
Technical Skills
Should be able to check electrical wiring & read SLD
Should be able to prepare Gantt Chart
Overseeing material arrives on time and all equipment is as per PO
Should have communication skills
Should be capable of keeping the project on time & reporting customer on daily level with current & projected work
Should have knowledge of negotiating with employees on work terms
Should be able to negotiate & do comparison on product
Should be capable of reading & making terms conditions as per customer requirement
Knowledge of Operation & Maintenance of HT / LT Equipment and solar evacuation panel on LT & HT side .
Required skills:
Travel and living near sites in Maharashtra (Must requirement)
Should be good team player
Excellent planning and communication skills.
Electrical and Mechanical background is an added advantage
