Position: CNC/ VMC operator plus setterLocation: Kondhwa(BK)Experience : 2-4 yearsQualification : ITI / DME / Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder in Mechanical EngineeringResponsibilities:Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct functionPrepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machinesSet part on the machine & prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specificationsSet machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of partsSupervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better resultInspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properlyCheck and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionalityAble to read drawing for GD&T; requirements.Basic instruments handling knowledgeRequirements:Proven experience as CNC operatorSkill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement toolsAbility to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawingsComputer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAMMechanical aptitude and valuable math skillsA keen eye for detail and results-driven approachGood communication abilitiesSuccessfully completed apprenticeship is required
