Education- Any Graduate
Experience- 0-2 years

Responsibilities-
Work according to the given production planning
Implement and control the production schedule
determine the human resources & the material resources required and managing them.




Set & monitor product quality standards
determine and implement improvements to the production process
prepare and maintain production reports
monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
Implement cost control programs
Manage all activities within the production process and organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
Monitor production to resolve issues
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (Operators & Helpers)
Report to upper management
